Once the document is uploaded, it can now be selected in the Process Designer Workflows and/or Web Forms wizards for use.  Uploading this document to your Top-Level Group will automatically make the document available for all sub Groups as well.  

Column descriptions

Document Icon - will display the visual icon for each type of document: PDF, HTML or Text

Document Name - The file name of the document when uploaded.  This can be renamed using the Edit functionality (pencil icon).  If you click on the document name here it will open the file in your browser.

Workflow Use Count - Count of how many Workflows in the Process Designer are using this document as a template.

Web Form Use Count - Count of how many Web Forms in the Process Designer are using this document as a template.

File Size - size of the uploaded document

Last Modified - the date/time of the last time the document was modified (is not the same as when the document was uploaded or renamed using the Edit functionality)

Document Download - allows you to download the document to your desktop

Edit Document File Name - allows you to edit the name of the file.

Delete Document - deletes the document from the template repository.
