By checking this option, the Outgoing Email Signature Block option will be used.  You can either “hard code” the Outgoing Email Signature Block so that ALL the transactions launched via this Process use this Outgoing Email Signature Block or you can leave it blank so that each time someone launches this process, the launcher can uniquely enter in their own Outgoing Email Signature Block (however, once a user enters it in once, the system will remember it for subsequent launches to prevent them from having to re-enter it over and over again).

NOTE: All Email Template Sets files must contain the EMAIL_SIGNATURE placeholder in order to use this feature (which is present by default).

In the template where you would like the dynamic email signature to appear, you may include this placeholder within HTML tags if you need to for proper formatting. Then, for each process template you must specify the Outgoing Email Signature Block text to use. This text may be plain text or html (using BBCode). PRONTO will substitute this text for the text "EMAIL_SIGNATURE" in all emails processed for this transaction.
